AC Design on site delivering interior design services for EcoCere

AC Design was engaged by an innovative biomass utilization company, EcoCeres, a new business platform of Towngas (SEHK: 0003), to provide interior design consultancy for their new corporate headquarters in The Quayside, Kwun Tong.

The new 10,125 sq.ft. office is due to complete in Q3.

The successful growth of Infineon Technologies

Given the successful growth of Infineon Technologies (Nasdaq: IFNNY) the past few years, they’re planning to expand in Phase 3 of Hong Kong Science Park in Tai Po.

The additional space is about 4,500 sq.ft., and the construction due to start in Q2.

The expansion of Partner Reinsurance

Given the successful growth of Partner Reinsurance (NYSE: PRE-PJ) the past 3 years, they’re planning to expand in the same building. The client has selected AC Design again to design & build the additional workspace at Sun Hung Kai Centre in Wanchai. The project is set to complete in Mar.

On site to deliver renovation project for HKT

Having successfully delivered numerous projects for HKT (SEHK: 6823), AC Design is now on site to deliver a 20,000 sq.ft. office & lobbies renovation project at Telecom House in Wanchai.

The 11-week construction phase will deliver an exceptional workplace environment for the staff & visitors.

Woolworths’ new inspirational & hybrid workspace

Woolworths Group (ASX: WOW), one of Australia & New Zealand’s leading retail groups, has awarded AC Design to provide design & build solution for their new 20,000 sq.ft. headquarters fit-out at CDW Building in Tsuen Wan.

The new workspace would further enhance the agility of their work environment, Activity-Based Working model, where staff are free to work anywhere according to their tasks and where they feel comfortable.

The fit-out project is on site now and is expected to complete in Jan 2022.
