Elevating LVMH Beauty’s Workspace

AC Design is excited to design and build two new floors, and to restack one existing floor for LVMH Beauty, part of the LVMH group (EPA: MC).

Covering over 45,000 sq.ft. at Taikoo Place, in partnership with JLL, this office project will create an inspiring and efficient workspace that reflects the brand’s global prestige and innovation in beauty.

Expeditors’ Office Renovation

AC Design will deliver the office renovation for Expeditors (NYSE: EXPD), a Fortune 500 service-based logistics company, at Super Terminal 1, Chek Lap Kok. The project is tentatively scheduled for completion by Q2 2025, focusing on delivering an efficient and modern workspace for this global logistics leader.

Building an Agile Workspace for MOL

AC Design delivered the design and build of a new 25,000 sq.ft. office for MOL Hong Kong (TSE: 9104), one of the world’s largest shipping companies and global tanker leader, in KC100, Kwai Chung.
