To deliver the Global Luxury Giant’s 28,400 sq.ft. workplace in HK island

For LVMH Fashion Group’s new office at Dorset House in Taikoo Place, client was looking to elevate their workplace design experience while maintaining their existing established brands standards.

The project comprises over 28,400 sq.ft. of a Grade A commercial building complex spanning two storeys, and it’s designed to provide a bespoke, elegant and efficient workspaces for the Luxury Giant.

Amber new office relocation to Causeway Bay

Amber, a leading digital asset company, entrusted AC Design to remodel their workplace at The Lee Gardens in Causeway Bay. The new space is home to over 90 staff, together with a mix of open plan desking & semi-enclosed offices.

Lobby & façade upgrade for Towngas

An office lobby speaks volumes about a business. We’re thrilled to announce we’ve been engaged by Towngas (SEHK: 0003) as their interior design & MEP consultant, to upgrade the lobby & facade of their HQ building in North Point.

Taking inspiration from the company’s 160-year history and their uncompromising commitment to responsible business practices and staff wellbeing, the new design will reflect the brand, values & ethos, and will sure make a lasting great impression on business partners, guests and employees.

AC Design begin work on 25,000 sq.ft. project for Clover at ICC

Clover Aviation Capital, an international aircraft operating lessor, has yet again selected AC Design to be their Design & Build partner for their new HK headquarters in ICC.

This 25,000 sq.ft. office will be completed in Nov 2022.

HKT has appointed AC Design for their office reinstatement project

HKT (SEHK: 6823) has appointed AC Design to reinstate an additional office floor at Paramount Building in Chaiwan. The project is scheduled for completion in Q4 2022.
