LIM appoints AC Design to renovate their office

LIM Advisors, a hedge fund management company, is planning to renovate their office at Ruttonjee House in Central. AC Design will be designing & building the office, and construction work will end in 6 weeks.

Signify office in Kowloon Bay

Having worked with the world’s leading lighting company, Signify (Euronext Amsterdam: Signify NV) in the past to built their office space at Enterprise Square in Kowloon Bay, this year we’ll be working with them once again to renovate their partial office.

The renovation area is about 3,200 sq.ft. in size and will provide adequate space to accommodate Signify’s newest members following their recent acquisition.

The project is scheduled to conclude in 6 weeks.
