Workspace Upgrade for Ferrero

Ferrero, the renowned chocolate and confectionery group, has engaged AC Design to upgrade their workspace at One Harbour Square, Kwun Tong.

Working alongside project management consultancy Knight Frank, we’ve delivered a refreshed, functional office that meets project objectives and exceeds client expectations.

Office Restack for LVMH Fashion Group

AC Design has been appointed by LVMH Fashion Group (EPA: MC) to restack their offices in Dorset House, Taikoo Place.

Three years after completing two new floors for their Hong Kong office, we’re delighted to support this next stage in their workplace evolution, with completion scheduled for December 2025.

FENDI’s New Workspace in Dorset House

It is a privilege to again work with FENDI (BIT: LVMH), the iconic Italian fashion house, on the design and build of their workspace at Dorset House, Taikoo Place. Located within the same building as their current office, the project embodies FENDI’s design DNA and is set for completion in Q4 2025.
