Remodel ARUP’s Workplace

As ARUP’s workplace requirements evolve, AC Design has been tasked to remodel part of their Hong Kong office. Building on a successful ongoing partnership, we’re delivering a design and build programme carried out over weekends, expected to take 6 to 8 weeks.

Interior Design Solutions for Towngas

AC Design continues its longstanding collaboration with Towngas (SEHK: 0003), delivering interior design solutions for their office at InnoCentre, Kowloon Tong.

The design focuses on functional, people-centric spaces that balance practicality with flexibility for future needs.

DSV Air & Sea and Schenker Join Forces

Following DSV Air & Sea (NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen: DSV A/S)’s acquisition of Schenker (DBK) in April 2025, AC Design has been commissioned to design and build their consolidated 120,000 sq.ft. office at Hong Kong Spinners Industrial Building, Cheung Sha Wan.

Spanning two floors connected by an internal staircase, the workspace will accommodate over 550 employees, marking an exciting milestone for the merged entity. Further updates will follow.

Design & Build for Shiseido Office Renovation

AC Design has commenced design and build works at One Kowloon in Kowloon Bay for Shiseido (TYO: 4911), Japan’s leading cosmetics company. The 25,000 sq.ft. renovation aims to enhance workspace efficiency, with completion scheduled for Q4 2025.

Office Expansion for Odoo

The design and build of an office expansion for Odoo, a global leader in business management software, has been completed at their Sheung Wan headquarters. The new environment blends comfort and collaboration, supporting Odoo’s agile teams and fast-paced product innovation.
