In partnership with project management consultancy Cushman & Wakefield, AC Design has been appointed to deliver the design and build of KBC Bank’s new office in Central Plaza, Wan Chai. The project reflects a shared vision for a contemporary, people focused workspace that embodies the bank’s professional identity and culture.

Construction is scheduled to commence in Q2 2026, with the design emphasizing flexibility, modern workstyles, and the wellbeing of all who use the space.

After decades on Hong Kong Island in their self owned premises, Wong & Ouyang (Building Services) is relocating to a new 14,000 sq.ft. office at The Cendas, Kowloon Bay, at the heart of the city’s emerging CBD. The move marks an exciting new chapter for the firm, reflecting its commitment to a forward looking and collaborative workplace culture.

Designed to bring people & ideas together, the new space offers enhanced infrastructure, efficiency, and comfort, creating a contemporary home that supports both their team and the continued growth of one of Hong Kong’s most respected building services consultancies.

Under a tight programme, the project is now on site, with completion targeted after the Easter holidays.

AC Design will deliver an office optimization project for Kids2 (NYSE: KIDS), a leading American manufacturer of infant and toddler products, at The Gateway, Tsim Sha Tsui. The project focuses on improving spatial efficiency and supporting team productivity, with completion targeted for February 2026.

We’re collaborating with Loro Piana, the Italian luxury fashion brand within the LVMH group (EPA: MC), on their office relocation within Taikoo Place. Over the next three months, we’ll create a workspace that reflects the brand’s craftsmanship and understated elegance.

Continuing a valued partnership of more than ten years, AC Design is working with Infineon Technologies (FRA: IFX), a global leader in automotive semiconductors, to remodel parts of their Hong Kong Science Park office into a new InnoHub.

This redesign will enhance visitor engagement and foster a collaborative environment supporting their innovation in the AI era. On-site work begins January 2026 as we continue to build on this trusted relationship.
