AC Design will deliver an office optimization project for Kids2 (NYSE: KIDS), a leading American manufacturer of infant and toddler products, at The Gateway, Tsim Sha Tsui. The project focuses on improving spatial efficiency and supporting team productivity, with completion targeted for February 2026.

We’re collaborating with Loro Piana, the Italian luxury fashion brand within the LVMH group (EPA: MC), on their office relocation within Taikoo Place. Over the next three months, we’ll create a workspace that reflects the brand’s craftsmanship and understated elegance.

Continuing a valued partnership of more than ten years, AC Design is working with Infineon Technologies (FRA: IFX), a global leader in automotive semiconductors, to remodel parts of their Hong Kong Science Park office into a new InnoHub.

This redesign will enhance visitor engagement and foster a collaborative environment supporting their innovation in the AI era. On-site work begins January 2026 as we continue to build on this trusted relationship.

AC Design has been appointed by LVMH Fashion Group (EPA: MC) to restack their offices in Dorset House, Taikoo Place.

Three years after completing two new floors for their Hong Kong office, we’re delighted to support this next stage in their workplace evolution, with completion scheduled for December 2025.

It is a privilege to again work with FENDI (BIT: LVMH), the iconic Italian fashion house, on the design and build of their workspace at Dorset House, Taikoo Place. Located within the same building as their current office, the project embodies FENDI’s design DNA and is set for completion in Q4 2025.

As ARUP’s workplace requirements evolve, AC Design has been tasked to remodel part of their Hong Kong office. Building on a successful ongoing partnership, we’re delivering a design and build programme carried out over weekends, expected to take 6 to 8 weeks.

AC Design continues its longstanding collaboration with Towngas (SEHK: 0003), delivering interior design solutions for their office at InnoCentre, Kowloon Tong.

The design focuses on functional, people-centric spaces that balance practicality with flexibility for future needs.

Following DSV Air & Sea (NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen: DSV A/S)’s acquisition of Schenker (DBK) in April 2025, AC Design has been commissioned to design and build their consolidated 120,000 sq.ft. office at Hong Kong Spinners Industrial Building, Cheung Sha Wan.

Spanning two floors connected by an internal staircase, the workspace will accommodate over 550 employees, marking an exciting milestone for the merged entity. Further updates will follow.
