Viu TV selected AC Design for their two major relocations in parallel at Shaw Studios, Tseung Kwan O following KITEC demolition, showcasing our design & build capacity:

• 40,000 sq.ft. Broadcast Studios: State-of-the-art production spaces, control rooms, and creative areas. Excited to deliver this key relocation piece by Q1 2025.
• 45,000 sq.ft. Workspace Offices: Secured via competitive pitch. Proud to deliver by Q4 2024.

Louis Vuitton’s 65,000 sq.ft. Two-Floor Workspace with Internal Staircase

AC Design is proud to announce delivery of a landmark 65,000 sq.ft. design and build project for Louis Vuitton, the world’s leading luxury fashion house, across two floors with an internal staircase at Two Taikoo Place.

Phase 1 office space completes in 3 months, with the staircase following in Q4 2024 pending final building authority approvals. Our team is thrilled for close collaboration with their in-house project manager, a true milestone achievement with the industry’s luxury giant. More to share later.

Office Renovation for HKT at East Exchange Tower

PCCW (SEHK: 0008), parent company of HKT, engaged AC Design for office renovation across four floors at East Exchange Tower, Causeway Bay. The 12-week construction project is now underway on site.
