Deliver office modification project for CLPe Solutions

CLPe Solutions, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CLP Holdings Ltd (SEHK: 0002), awards office modification project to AC Design. The project will take 4 weeks to complete.

MiRXES’s first collaboration with AC Design

MiRXES, a Singapore-headquartered biotech firm, looked to set up their first office in Hong Kong to house its sales & operations teams. AC Design has been selected as their design & fit-out partner for the new space at The Gateway in Tsimshatsui.

We’ll collaborate closely with all project stakeholders to provide advice & support on a daily basis.

The tentative project completion is set for Apr.

AC Design on site delivering interior design services for EcoCere

AC Design was engaged by an innovative biomass utilization company, EcoCeres, a new business platform of Towngas (SEHK: 0003), to provide interior design consultancy for their new corporate headquarters in The Quayside, Kwun Tong.

The new 10,125 sq.ft. office is due to complete in Q3.

The successful growth of Infineon Technologies

Given the successful growth of Infineon Technologies (Nasdaq: IFNNY) the past few years, they’re planning to expand in Phase 3 of Hong Kong Science Park in Tai Po.

The additional space is about 4,500 sq.ft., and the construction due to start in Q2.
