Office renovation for SCHK

We’re pleased to announce that we’re working once again with Sumitomo Corporation (Hong Kong), a prestigious international general trading corporation. We’ll be designing & renovating their 8,500 sq.ft. office at United Centre in Admiralty, and the renovation will be completed in 10 weeks.

Colourliving’s new bath show area on Lockhart Road showroom

AC Design was tasked with renovating a 300 sq.ft. bath show area in Lockhart Road Wanchai for Colourliving, a distinctive concept lifestyle store in Hong Kong. The on-site work will take 5 weeks to complete.

A fast-track school refurbishment project in Aberdeen

AC Design has been contacted by Wycombe Abbey School, a UK based independent boarding school, to renovate part of their Hong Kong campus at 17 Tin Wan Street in Aberdeen. The renovation encompass an area of 1,000 sq.ft., and is scheduled to be completed in 6 weeks.

Bank of Communications’ office renovation

We’re excited to announce our selection as the interior design and project management partner for Bank of Communications (SEHK: 3328) (SSE: 601328), renovating one of their office floors in their headquarters office in Wanchai. Construction due to start in Q4 2021.

Deliver ExxonMobil’s 17,300 sq.ft. workplace renovation

After awarded by ExxonMobil (NYSE: XOM), one of the world’s largest publicly traded international oil & gas companies, as office design consultant for their office renovation at Central Plaza in Q3, we’re thrilled to announce that in Q4, we’ve won the tender contract to act as their main contractor for the construction works.

The project is 17,300 sq.ft. and is due to complete in Q4.
