Having worked with the world’s leading lighting company, Signify (Euronext Amsterdam: Signify NV) in the past to built their office space at Enterprise Square in Kowloon Bay, this year we’ll be working with them once again to renovate their partial office.

The renovation area is about 3,200 sq.ft. in size and will provide adequate space to accommodate Signify’s newest members following their recent acquisition.

The project is scheduled to conclude in 6 weeks.

Kung Hei Fat Choy!

Working with CLPe Solutions, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CLP Holdings Ltd (SEHK: 0002), once again on their office space, AC Design has been tasked with designing & refitting a 4,500 sq.ft. extension to the office space at Kowloon Commerce Centre in Kwai Chung. The project is expected to conclude in 7 weeks.

Milwaukee Tool

Milwaukee Tool, an industry-leading manufacturer of heavy-duty power tools, accessories & hand tools for professional users worldwide (a subsidiary of Techtronic Industries (TTI) (SEHK: 669), has chosen AC Design to provide them a modern & industrial-style workspace accommodating over 90 staff.

This new 15,000 sq ft office fit-out is a very fast-track design & build project and it needs to be completed by April.
